Possibly the fight of the year? What did you think? Two determined boxers dominated the evening’s entertainment at London’s York Hall, Bethnal Green. A show promoted by Matchroom Sport. The fight went all twelve rounds with both boxers trading punches. Purdy seemed to be at his best in the earlier rounds, however the more experienced Lynes overall out classed out his opponent going on to claim the British Welterweight Title.
